Looking for a Salt Lake Rent To Own Home? Want to pay rent that builds equity until you can qualify to buy a house in Salt Lake City?

Maybe that's why we get so many e mails from people that want to know if we know how to find, "rent to own" "lease to own" or other seller financed house.
Here is our response to an e mail like that yesterday.
I'm sorry but the Salt Lake rent to own home in Kearns UT is no longer available. I am
attaching other homes in the Salt Lake Valley that can be purchased in the same
way.
I noticed that the House in kearns was a 5 or 6 bedroom home so these may
not be acceptable. Also the location may not be what you are looking for. The only homes available for lease option or rent to own were in West Jordan, Midvale UT, Murray Utah and South Salt Lake.
