Lerron Little, the President of the Utah Association of REALTORS shared some stats about housing sales, and homes for sale that I felt were worth passing on in case you didn't happen to see them in the Salt Lake Tribune under "Government extends tax credit, home sales up" a couple of weeks ago.
I usually just pass on stats for Salt Lake City, but i thought might give you some insight into what's happening to Homes for sale around the state.
