There are currently 7,459 homes, condos, twin homes, & town homes listed for sale in the Salt Lake Metroplex, which makes up Salt Lake City and the surrounding cities and towns.
Prices range from $3,000 to $12,900,000 with an average price of $309,554.
There are 4,027 homes for sale on SLC priced between $150,000 and $299,999.00 dollars.
That is almost 54% of all of the homes listed for sale on the MLS in Salt Lake City Utah.
In April, 920 homes were sold in Salt Lake.
One hundred fifty four were Salt Lake Condos. That represents about 16.7 % of all Sales in Salt Lake last month were Condominiums.
Of the 7,459 Salt Lake County homes listed For Sale, 21.6% are listed as short sales. (1,615 ).
