The $4,000 Salt Lake New Home Sales Incentives are going fast.
Yes,..... I know that "Home Run Grant 2" Includes any New Home Buyer In the State of Utah, not just Salt Lake City.
As of 11/03/09 only 127 approvals remain.
That's according to our good friend Candy Olsen @ Silver Creek Mortgage who has kept us up to speed about the status of "Home Run Grant 2".
Using Candy's reports of new homes selling @ the rate of about 30 a day, we have about 4 days to get signed up before they are gone.
I understand that that doesn't give you much time to search the Internet for Salt Lake New Homes For Sale, or to visit all of the model homes and condos in Salt Lake (with your favorite Realtor).
But it seems likely that this program has been so successful that our new Governor will re-instate a similar program and allocate more Utah dollars to help jump start the New Construction Industry in Utah.
