Do you have an address on the property - my daughter has moved to Utah (a client of your's - Lisa and Randy Vosters). She would know if it would be something good for us.

1. How old is the house?

2. How firm is the bank on the price?

3. How much land?

4. Does the elevator get you from the street the garage - or is it just the steps to the house?

5. I will be in town this weekend visiting Provo - BYU vs Florida State (I played @ BYU).

6. A daughter and 2 children came back to us this year (large house would be great). We have 5 children in Utah who want us near.

7, I just sold a spec home and do have cash!
