With all of the help for New Home Buyers around Salt Lake we thought we could help you out by putting together a list of New Salt Lake City Homes that qualify for these programs.

The two most obvious home and condominium sales assistance programs are:

           $4,000 New Home Purchase Grant.

           $8,000 tax incentive for First Time Home Buyers. ( That includes Town Homes, Condominiums For Sale and PUDs).

Many Salt Lake Home Buyers qualify for one of these. Some for both.

Hundreds of Salt Lake New Homes qualify, and even more are priced so that First time home buyers in Salt Lake can get up to $8,000 in tax benefits.

Here are some New Homes For Sale priced under $250,000 that could qualify for $12,000 worth of incentives. Check them out.

West Jordan New Homes for Sale Under $250,000:

Princeton Park: Town Homes w/two car garages, Full basements, Maintenance free, from $180,000.
Peterson Homes:  Offering single family homes @ The Ranches, Country View, & Three Forks from under $200,000.
Bloomfield Estates: Another Ivory Homes project that just sneaks in at $250,000

South Jordan New Homes for Sale that qualify:

Garden Park: Low maintenance 55+ community, Ramblers w/ club house, parks & Lake, from $230,000.
Daybreak Park side: Over 50 homes ready in East-lake Village from $230 s.
Daybreak Mansions:  Single level living @ North Shore Village, from $210s to $240s.
Daybreak North Shore Village: Single Family & Town homes from $180s w/ 10 year home warranty 
The District: Garbett homes has 2 & 3 BM Town-homes from $170,000 to $225,000.
