The Way To Search For Salt Lake Homes For Sale !!

The way to search for Salt Lake Homes For Sale is Really very simple.

Go to our web-site, Salt Lake Homes.

We spend a lot of time and money to provide our Salt Lake Home Buyers the most complete, and efficient home search tool available.

Then we forget to tell them about it.

So I'm telling you now.

With just a click or two, you can find over 20,000 homes for sale in the Salt Lake Valley to view.

Short Sales & Bank Owned Homes:

Because of this market and the advantage that home buyers have now (after many years of being at a disadvantage), we spend hours each day loading the category of homes for sale that most of our home buyers are most interested in. IE:" short sales" , foreclosures, pre-foreclosures, bank owned, HUD homes and in general any home or condominium that is in danger of foreclosure or repossession.

Costly for us.....FREE for you!!!

We make it easy for you to identify the good buys and to track the trends.

Bells and Whistles:

Our regular search is special too. No other site offers more IMPORTANT bells and whistles than ours does.

Read the communication between our office and a potential client.

CLIENT: On the houses I have sent notification on. Will you send me more of the specifications of the home please. I am really interested in how long they have been on the market, sq footage's and anything you can share. Thank you.
Matt

OUR ANSWER: Matt: Thanks for using our site. I hope it helps. Actually Matt you can find out all of the info you have asked for on the web-site itself.That's why we pay the extra money for the upgraded MLS connection. Here’s how it works.

Let's Go back to the home page Salt Lake Homes For Sale and click on the 1st red button. The one that says MLS SEARCH.
When the search menu appears on your screen, click on the icon marked BY MLS #.
Then enter either the MLS number if you know it or the address, then hit GO.
Say you were looking for information about a listing @ 2294 East Arbor Lane, In Salt Lake City.
Enter the numbers 2294. The home in Salt Lake is the only one with that address (2294) so you can go right to your search.
If 2294 was a street number on a home for sale in Herriman UT, or a house listed in Sandy UT , those would also be displayed, and you would select the one you want and then move on evaluating houses or condos.
Suppose you only know the name of the street, in this case Arbor Lane. Enter Arbor Lane, and you will see homes for sale in West Valley, West Jordan, & Draper, as well as your Salt Lake City New Home.
From the homes listed click the one you want.
Now the fun begins Matt. In addition to all the customary and normal "stuff" you get on any other search you get some very usable information. Information you were asking about, and more.........You'll get:

         *   PRICING HISTORY

          *   PRICE PER SQ. FT.

          * MAP W/ SCHOOL & HOME PLACEMENT IDENTIFIED

          * GOOGLE MAP OF STREET W/ VARIOUS VIEWS

          *   RECENT PRICE CHANGES

          * HOMES FOR SALE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD W/PRICES

          * PRICES OF HOMES FOR SALE W/IN ONE MILE OF YOUR HOME

          * PRICE DIFFERENTIAL OF HOMES W/IN ONE MILE OF SUBJECT

          *   HOMES PAYMENT CALCULATOR

Matt, I hope that helps, and gives you access to the best tools available for searching for a New Home in Salt Lake City.

So there you have it. The best way to search for Salt Lake Homes For Sale, is right here.

# re: The Way To Search For Salt Lake Homes For Sale !!

HometownRenter.com has the questions to ask yourself if it is better to rent or buy in your situation. Do you need the flexibility of renting? or can you afford to stay in your home for at least 5 years or longer?

* Can you afford a 20% down payment?

* Can you afford a monthly payment on a 30-year fixed mortgage?

* ask your CPA ... Does the tax benefit of home ownership offset a potential decline in home value?

* Have you reduced other real estate debt before you add more on this home purchase?

* Does a fixed monthly mortgage payment for the next 15 years outweigh the likely inflation of rents during that same time (called an inflation hedge)

These are broad questions that can have many variations for each individual situation. However, it is a good foundation from which to start your home buying process.

If you are in the market for a rental, visit www.HometownRenter.com to find your next rental home!
