Salt Lake Homeowners Can Avoid Foreclosure!
Helping Salt Lake Home Owners Avoid Foreclosure was the the topic of the presidents message this week from the Utah Association of Realtors.
Since Chris is that President and is also the Broker/owner of the Tooele office (he's one of ours) we will take this opportunity to brag a little as well as pass on some very useful information.
Here's part of what the article said:
As a result of the increased foreclosures, the National Association of Realtors has created a consumer education brochure, "Are You Having Problems Paying Your Mortgage? Learn How to Avoid Foreclosure and Keep Your Home," that provides homeowners with information about how they can possibly save their homes from foreclosure. In this column, I will highlight the information contained in that brochure. To read more of the article go to Home Foreclosure Help.
Home foreclosures make up an increasing percentage of the homes for sale in the Salt Lake market, and a growing heartbreak for many S.L. homeowners.
Real Estate experts say this problem will not get better any time soon. In fact, the number of foreclosed homes in Salt Lake is increasing.
If you look at the number of homes listed as "short sales" in Salt Lake, you understand that many of these homes, or condominiums will not sell and become bank owned properties after foreclosure.
For a complete list of all the homes listed as Foreclosures, Bank Owned, REO, HUD Homes, Home-steps, in the Salt Lake Valley, check out our website, Salt Lake Homes for Sale. You'll find maps, pictures, prices and tons of useful information about the 20,000 + homes for sale in Salt Lake.
