Salt Lake Foreclosures - Relief For SLC Homeowners!
Salt Lake Foreclosures are getting some relief from Freddie Mac this week. It's good news for some home owners in Salt Lake City.
It's pretty hard to talk about "good news" in the same sentence as homes in foreclosure, but for some folks it's a little bit of sunshine.
For some of our Utah friends in high delinquency areas like Herriman, Draper & South Jordan it could be the best news they have heard in a while about their home.
According to a Freddie Mac press release last week, they are extending the suspension of single family foreclosure sales and evictions until January 31st of this new year.
This, it is claimed will help FDMC do three things:
Put more families on the road to stable home ownership.
Give troubled borrowers more time to find an alternative to home foreclosure.
Implement the streamlined home loan modification program.
