Buy a New Home For Christmas !!

Why don't you buy a New Home for Christmas. Well would you believe New Years ?

Richmond America Homes, one of the countries top builders is also one of the countries most optimistic builders of New Homes.

The folks at Richmond sent me an e-mail this morning reminding me that the end of the year was upon us, and I should let my clients know that they could still close on a new home by December 31st and take advantage of a new special FHA loan that provides a 4.5% loan (5.1434 % APR) fixed for 30 years.

Great I said, "but I'm not going to let my clients close on a new home before its finished". I further pointed out that we only had 2 weeks (less Holiday time) to select a neighborhood, finish the house, clear the credit and get the deal closed. It couldn't be done.

No problem said Richmond, we have a great selection of ready to move into homes in some of the best Salt Lake Neighborhoods.
