Home Under Contract Location: Midvale, Bluffdale UT, & Herriman each had one home listed on the MLS as "under contract". Magna, Riverton UT & Sandy City had 3, while West Jordan, West Valley City, South Jordan & Draper accounted for 4. Salt Lake City led the list of Bank Owned, HUD Homes, Short Sales "under contract"with 6. Median Price of Houses/Condos Under Contract : $239,000 Dollars.
Homes Sold: There were 15 distressed homes sold last week in Salt Lake County.
Average Price: The average price of the foreclosures and pre-foreclosed homes sold last week was $268,553.
Median Price of Foreclosures Sold: $250,000 dollars was the median price of houses sold last week as distressed.
Location of Foreclosures & Pre-Foreclosed Homes Sold: The homes were spread out across the S.L. Valley. One each in Magna, Murray, Midvale, Draper, Riverton UT, Sandy City & West Jordan. Herriman and Salt Lake City had 4 each.
