New Homes in South Jordan (New Construction) like those @ Daybreak, or the new Condominiums @ Summerlane in The District or Harvest Crossing, a gated Empty Nester Community are not included in this report, as New Home Builders generally sell homes from Model Homes ( Holms Homes has over 12 models to showcase their Condo and Town home units in Daybreak) using other promotional means and employing their own representation. The same is true with homes for sale by owner (FSBOs). Even though a high percentage of these houses are ultimately sold by Realtors most FSBOs do not list their house on the MLS.

- The median sales price of homes sold in S.Jordan last month was $338,500
- This represents an 8% discount.
- The $110 per sq ft sales price was down only 4% from last years $116 per sq ft.
- The median house sold in Oct, was a 4 bdrm 3 bth.
- Median days on market of 67 was an increase of 20% over last year.
