The single family residential home market seems rather strong in Sandy UT. The two exceptions are the number of homes for sale over $450,000 dollars compared to the number of homes under contract at that price, and the discrepancy of almost $166,000 dollars between the price of homes listed and the contracted price of those homes under contract.
Keep in mind that all things are relative, and when I say "strong" I mean compared to other areas of the country, where D.O.M. is measured in years rather than months, and short sales and REOs represent 40 to 50% of the available inventory.
