South Jordan Shows off New Homes For sale @ Daybreak !
In less than two weeks, South Jordan will be showing off some New Homes @ daybreak as it hosts the 62nd annual parade of homes.
As Curt Dowdle, executive officer of the Salt Lake Home Builders Association mentioned in Saturdays Salt Lake Tribune article,
"Each year the parade of homes introduces to the public, not only new homes but new locations, concepts, subdivisions, master planned communities, new construction techniques, products, decorating ideas and a myriad of things that change with the market and home buyers preference"
The cluster site for this years parade is The Daybreak community in South Jordan.
Not only will the Daybreak area with its lake and many amenities be on display, but four of the major builders will be featured.
These builders and their respective homes are Rainey Homes, Liberty Homes, Gold Medallion and Holms Homes. All are said to be on the cutting edge of energy conservation as 100% energy star rated and the staff members are positioned to provide appropriate information to home buyers during the parade.
The fact is, you may never get out of Daybreak to finish the tour. Or need to.
Because after visiting the 4 featured new home builders, you should stop by the Daybreak Information Pavilion @ 114 So & Bangerter HWY in S. Jordan and pick up maps and directions to over 40 beautifully crafted and appointed model homes designed specifically for the SLC home buyer.
Many of the home builders are old Utah favorites, like Bangerter Homes Garbett Homes, and Village Carefree Communities.
At last count I Identified over 80 different floor plans, and many unique styles to make choosing a home to buy a real fun experience.
From an 800 sq ft studio condominium to over 4000 finished sq ft starting in the mid $300s, there is something for everyone @ Daybreak.
Condominiums, Town Homes, Carriage Homes, Terrace Homes, Single Family Homes., are all offered for sale.
You can choose from 3 Bedroom Ramblers to 4 & 5 Bedroom traditional two story homes, with prices from $150,000 to the mid $400s.
What a way for a Utah home buyer to shop for a new home. They have made it easy at Daybreak in South Jordan.
A word of caution though. As in all new construction, that very pleasant efficient, very persistent host or hostess that greets you as you enter the Model Home, works for the builder. They have the home builders interest at heart.
