In the last thirty days, 83 new home listings have been added.
Four of these were condos, which is about the historical mix. (6%)
Thirty two Riverton homes were sold and closed in that same time frame.
Fourty six new contracts were written by Salt Lake Realtors.
Fifty six houses were removed from the homes for sale list.
Bank Owned, foreclosures, Hud homes, And homes that need 3rd party approval:
The total number of distressed homes in Rivertonis 25.
Thats only a little over 6% of the total homes listed.
Eight of these homes/condos have been added within the last 30 days.
Five homes have sold and closed. (almost 8%) in the last 30 days.
