West Jordan New Homes Ad....Real Dumb!!!
I opened an e mail this weekend which was a West Jordan new homes ad, and I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I couldn't believe any one that watched T.V., read the papers or owned a radio, would promote a product that had been so much maligned over the last few months. With plenty of reason I might ad. SUB PRIME LOAN?
Check this out...
Payments as low as $632.00 per month. (That was the lead)
Then the fine print.
Payments based on $632.00 per month for 12 months @ 6% interest rate, 30 yr. Amortization. Total payment is $1897.00 per month after first year. See agent for details.
Maybe when they see the agent for details, they can begin the short sale process.
I cant even begin to think of a circumstance that would make this a worthwhile promotion, or a situation that would compel me to take a New Home client to this builder.( I don't want to name the builder, but I would think twice about visiting "Discovery")
