Conclussions:
Riverton is in pretty good shape when the state of the Utah Real Estate market is considered. Any city that has experienced dramatic new home construction and still has a foreclosure and short sale percentage under 10% we consider to be healthy. Distressed new houses have not drowned out the many previously owned homes. Riverton still maintains a niche advantage over many areas as large lots and horse property are stll available. Contracts almost doubled in March over the preceding two months.
