Homes Listed: As of 1/27/09 there were 199 homes or Condominiums listed in Murray, Ut.(129 houses & 70 condos).
New Listings: Thirty of these housing units were added within the last 7 days. Fifty % of the Houses or Condos were listed at under $200 thousand . Average price of new listings is almost $267,000.
Units Sold: Only one house closed last week. It sold for $213,000 and was a 3 bdrm, two bth,(2575 sqft.) originally listed at $220,000.
Contracts written: Last week Real Estate Purchase Contracts were written on 6 units. (5 houses, 1 Condo). Average contract was $231,400. All homes expect to close w/in 60 days.
