Can some South Jordan new homes be discounted $60,000 dollars? According to Saturdays AT HOME IN UTAH Real Estate supplement at least one can. Destination Homes a well known Utah Builder advertised 6 homes Saturday (4 in South Jordan) with discounts per house of from $23,000 to $70,000 dollars.
These homes are not loss leaders, they are finished Inventory. Specs that are costing the builder money every tick of the clock. Maybe more important is that these homes are keeping the home builder from starting new homes, paying off lots, and putting people to work. Look at these possibilities !!

One final thought , and it's VERY important, before you contact a builders agent or set foot in a model home, make sure your agent is registered with the builder. It's best to have your agent with you the first time you visit a home.
