New Homes in Salt Lake City ?? Get New Keys !!
If you just bought a New Home, Town Home or Condo in Salt Lake City I hope you changed the locks or actually just got new keys. It's the smart, safe thing to do. If not...I HAVE A RECOMMENDATION.!!!!
Have it done, TODAY. You never know how many old keys are out there, or who has them. Could be someones old boyfriend, or an ex-wife. In the case of New Construction, a sub contractor doing the finish work might have just put the key in his pocket, and walked off.
Personally, I think new keys are the best closing gift a Real Estate Agent can give a home buyer. Security and peace of mind always beat flowers, plants, calendars (with my name on them), Ice box magnets and 3 ring binders (imprinted with the name of my Real Estate Co.) for valuable closing papers.
