The Best New Home Sales Ad I Ever Saw!

You need to see the Saturday Ivory Homes  "At Home In Utah" ad. What a great ad, and in spite of what I call it, it's more than a "sales" ad, It's a true marketing ad, and it's just the kind of ad the Industry needs.

Although I'm not a believer in institutional advertising I'll make an exception here, because it made me want to run out and tell everyone about IVORY HOMES.

The Ad starts out by asking the question, in bold black type ......................TOUGH MARKET?

Before your brain can process your response, which is, IT SURE IS, your eye transmits back to the brain, the fact that it's not a tough market at Ivory, because....".IVORY IS SELLING HOMES FASTER THAN THE LEAVES ARE FALLING."..(359 Homes sold since June)

And then they tell you why.!!!

They tell you why in three short, succinct, believable sentences that Ivory Homes wants to give you a better life. That if Ivory Homes was smart enough to see and avoid the current market downturn that they can be trusted to oversee your single largest investment (your home). Finally that it was not luck. As the Pink Panther would say, it was all "puuuurrfectly planned."

Ivory Homes offers 41 single family home communities, and 6 exciting new town home communities for Utah home buyers. I'd love to show one or more of them to you.

No, I don't work for Ivory so I could provide you your own representation, and of course they are smart enough to co-operate.

Give me a call at 801-567-0946 or visit my website Utah New Homes to see why you should have your own agent.

Good Luck
