Look for a Loan the Right Way
The Tooele office did a good job of getting Jim Bringhursts Salt Lake Tribune Article in the hands of their potential Home-Buyers. Jim's the President of the Utah Association of Realtors, and the article talks about lending, lending problems, and what to watch out for. It's all good stuff, and if you're house shopping you need to pay attention.
The best thing Jim did though was introduce everyone to the National Association of Realtor web-site. This site is full of valuable information for Real Estate Agents, Home buyers, Home sellers, and basically anyone that wants to be informed about a very important facet of their life. (buying a house).
I want to do the same thing for my folks, so here goes. Click on best loans which will take you to Chris's blog, just follow directions from there. Especially the one about bookmarking the site, it changes often and has great stuff.
