Any one know a good lender?
I do, and I want everyone to know it. She is Jackie Boudreau, from the home mortgage division of M & T Bank in Salt Lake City. Last week Jackie did the impossible for one of my clients, (which made me look great).
I'm a big one for complaining, and whining and occasionally blaming other people when I'm less than perfect. But, when someone helps me do my job better, serve my client better, I want every one to know it.
I had a client involved in a typical short sale, by typical, I mean no firm acceptance of the offer on the home, no communication with the banks except through the agent, and the agent telling us everything was fine and we had a deal on the house. In spite of my advise, client had given notice, taken time off from work to move and in short acted like we had a firm commitment and a done deal.
I'm sure your way ahead of me but let me say it anyway. Needless to say, no deal, with 5 days in which to move for my client.
That was Thursday the 20th. Today Wednesday the 26th the client will close on her new house. A very satisfied and grateful client will move into her new home tomorrow.
That transaction required, credit checks, employment verification, appraisal, and working with the dreaded underwriter. A wonderful job. Thanks Jackie.
