I learned two real important things from our Tooele office this weekend.
1. Chris & Berna negotiated a New Home contract that saved our client $67,000 in Grantsville. That same house would probably have been an additional $100 to $150 thousand in the Salt Lake Valley.

First of all, if you haven't been to Tooele County lately, and your looking to buy a home, take the short drive, to Stansbury Park, starting from where you work. Take that drive @ rush hour for the best comparison of real drive time, and that nerve wracking traffic congestion. If you work in downtown Salt Lake City, around the SLC Airport. or North Salt Lake you will experience a much quicker and more relaxing commute than you thought possible.
