Homes & Condos in Midvale,.. ON TARGET !!

I posted some stats this week offered by the Salt Lake Regional MLS that suggested SLC Home Builders were ignoring the evidence about what to build.  The evidence is that even in this tough market, if Homes and Condos are built with the buyer in mind, they will sell.  The Home Builder will be real happy, the Home buyer will be real happy, and the Real Estate Agent will be real happy.  It's a WIN, WIN, WIN deal.

Heres What I'm talking about :  Last month, In the City of Midvale, according to the Salt Lake County Home Sales Activity Report, 22 single family Homes and 13 Condominiums were sold.  Average price was $239,950 ... 63% of these homes were priced between $ 180,000 and $ 250,000.

Doesn't it make sense then  that a builder would bring to market a selection of homes , including Condominiums that fall within that price range?  Of Course It Does.... Check this out.....

Parkview @ Riverwalk located at 7200 South 7th West does just that.  Phase 1 pricing offers Condos starting @ $175,000 and New Town Homes beginning @ just $220,000.  The homes come standard with solid surface counter tops, tile in the kitchen and entry, two tone paint, vaulted ceilings, maple cabinets and many other quality features.

Parkview is a centrally located family friendly community with walking and biking trails, club house, pool and an adjacent 18 acre park.  I haven't reviewed the documents yet or other due-diligence tasks but so far it looks like a winner to me.  I'll know more next week, and will pass on my findings.

If your in the market, and  this is your price range, give me a call.  First though, visit my site by clicking on .....New Home Construction and see why you should always have your own agent when you first visit the Model Home, and why it wont cost you a Penny.... Give me a call  Corie... 801-567-0946
