Midvale Home Sales About the Same !! Real Good
The trend in Midvale Real Estate seems to be Steady in most areas. Even though Single Family Home Sales were down number wise, the increase of Condominium sales make up for it. Homes appreciated at about $23,395, on a 2007 average home sale price of $ 239,950. Not bad I'd say. Midvale Houses are on the market only about 9 days more in 07, than in 06.

Comments:
While inventory looks to be at about a little less than 4 months, the 13 Condo sales brings it back to a very desirable 2 month level. As a matter of fact, Condominiums made up better than 37% of all housing units sold in Midvale in Aug.
Seventy four per cent of all homes and condos sold in Midvale were under $260,000 in Aug. and remains an obvious trend of lower priced homes & condos being the perfect product for this area.
Parkview @ Riverwalk, a new project in Midvale seems to be perfectly positioned for this market. I'll talk more about that later.
