Your Free Home Club "e" letter has shown up by now, and I hope you've opened and enjoyed it. Lots of great information and a ton of resources having to do with home buying, selling, holding, remodeling, or just gathering information. As an example, the article on air conditioners and pending federal guidelines might save some of us from investing in a unit that could be obsolete in a couple of years.
This months issue of Home Club is full of insurance related information, and offers tips on updating your Home Owners Policy. Other articles deal with how best to insure your home business, or how about insuring your Condo or P.U.D. I was particularly interested in why the cost of home insurance was different from one city to another. On the same house, why isn't the price the same in South Jordan as it is in West Jordan, or Herriman or Murray? How about Taylorsville vs Sandy, or Riverton ?
