Is There a Riverton, Herriman Alternative ?

Heads up, to what I call my Herriman, Riverton potential Home Buyers. 

Certain types of buyers out there ( you know who you are ) Are looking for a rural setting, maybe even horse property;  at least a place where smaller animals can enjoy "room to roam".  In other words, you folks want to own a piece of property, not a quarter acre lot. ( and not pay an arm and a leg for it ).

In the Salt Lake Valley youve normally gravitated to the outlying areas like Herriman, and Riverton.  The problem is, they don't "outly" any more and average house prices are not much less than those in South Jordan or Draper.  ( over $320.000 )  Prices are out of sight.  Time to find an alternative.

Have you been to Grantsville lately?  Maybe you should check it out. Over the last few years , Tooele County has experienced tremendous growth, and part of that growth has been in Grantsville, that small town ,real rural community just minutes by freeway from SLC and the Salt Lake Airport.  The average Home price is possibly $ 50,000 less than comps in the Salt Lake Valley, it's a buyers market, and according to the blog I got, seller financing and lease options might be found.
