This is a REAL RODEO. The professional Rodeo Cowboys Association Circuit Is coming to Utah, Today. For over 50 years, The West Jordan Western Stampede has been one of the best Rodeos with the best cowboys and cowgirls anywhere.
Celebrate our Nations Independence with the family & home -town pals over the next three days at Veterans Memorial Park, 1985 West 7800 South in West Jordan Utah, July 2,3. and 4. The fun begins Monday night @ 5:30 and will end Friday night after the grand Fireworks finale at about 10:30.
Monday, July 2
Children & Pets will parade Monday evening @ 5:30 @ the Wild West Jordan Playground. Later, Stage entertainment, arts and crafts, Inflatable rides Clowns and lots of Great Food. Happy feet will be shown on an outdoor screen @ about 8:30.
The PRCA Rodeo start it's Family Night activities at 8:00 with gates opening @ 7:00. All Grandstand seats are only $ 7.00.
Tuesday, July 3
All the Family fun things continue from 5:30 as we wait to Rock out to all the old Rock n Roll favorites with The Neighbors @ 6:00. October Sky will play outside on the big screen at about 8:30.
Wear pink at the Rodeo Tuesday night and if your one of the first 200 pink clad attendees, in support of *** Cancer Awareness you'll receive a great 4th of July prize. Get all your Salt Lake Valley home town buddies to wear pink and support the Huntsman Cancer Center.
Wednesday, July 4
The West Jordan July 4th Parade starts at 7000 So. Redwood Rd.@ 10:30 a.m. and runs South to West Jordan City Hall at 8000 So. Redwood Rd.
Add to the family fun stuff at Memorial Park, craft booths, pie eating contests, kiddie rides, a variety of stage performances, from Blue Grass to Rock n Roll to Country, featuring "The Phoenix Rising Tour w/ Pat Tucker." Don't miss the 8:30 showing of "Yours Mine And Ours" on the outdoor big screen.
Rodeo action starts when the gates open @ 7:00 for the West Jordan PRCA Rodeo Finals that will conclude with the Grand Fireworks Finale at about 10:30.
