We Met a Breath of Fresh Air This Week
Actually it wasn't exactly a breath of fresh air but a neat young lady that made us think that the New Home Builder she represented was. Jackie Cordova sure made us want to get out and do our due diligence so we could start recommending her product to our clients.
We haven't had the chance yet to visit the many sub-divisions she touts or to check out the quality of construction and interview recent clients of her builder, but we will soon. ( services we provide our clients ) We'll pass on our findings when we know if Jackie's enthusiasm is well placed.
We did look at the marketing materials, and they were professionally , and tastefully done. They showed that someone besides Jackie cared how the company was perceived.
In reviewing the CC& Rs on some of the projects, it seemed clear the builder is concerned as he should be, with the long term success of the communities.
There is a wide range of interesting floor plans with enough variation that something should be available for anyone in the $300,00 Plus range.
Look at the selection of subdivisions to choose from.
