Real Estate ABC is a Valuable Tool & its Free !
Based on some of the e-mails and phone calls I've been getting, I think I may have hidden one of the great Real Estate Information sources better than I wanted to.
I have subscribed and linked to Real Estate ABC, and offered it on my Website as a FREE service to my friends and clients for years. The site is a valuable tool, particularly during the research and planning stage of the buying or selling process. It seems many of you can't find it. So here goes.

You can alter some variables or change info the computer may have listed incorrectly. You can change the value of things like sq. ft. and general property condition, as well as just plain see what your neighbors home sold for.
