Sale Failed... West Jordan... $149,900
I dont usually post listings on my blog, but this is such a great deal in a hard to find price-range, I thought I would break precedence. The story is so bizarre I wont try to explain what happened. The seller had already contracted for another home, and even closed her side of the transaction so you can see why she reduced the price so much.
