Home For Sale In West Jordan... Almost !
I'm getting ready to put my West Jordan home up for sale, and I have been thinking of ads I could write that would best demonstrate the features that have been so important to me over the years. Dont you think this is a good ad ?

Sounds like a good ad, and a great deal to me. But no one will ever see it, cause it's a Condominium, ( or to be more accurate, a P.U.D. ) I cant advertise it like that, even though for the last 15 years thats the kind of home its been. Safe, Secure and Family Friendly.
The play ground and pool were important in raising my kids, and now a wonderful attraction for the grandkids. Through the years holiday gatherings and family re-unions ( complete with turkey ) would not have been possible or at least as comfortable without the 2nd kitchen and that large place to congregate. The expanse of emerald lawn and mature trees have been a comfort on many a summer evening. More of a comfort on a summer morning when I wasn't the one behind the lawn mower.
Now dont feel sorry for me thinking I have to give up my home, I've bought another one just four condos down.
Do you think when I write my ad I can put In as a benefit that " just 4 doors down from a very contented home-owner ?"
