The Office of Communications of the 102-year old Jordan School District, sent a mailer out last week that convinced me that they are committed to offering a quality education for all students whose homes are within its boundaries. Those boundaries include the entire southern end of the Salt Lake Valley, and make up the largest school district in Utah.

Jordan School District has the fifth-highest graduation rate in the country. Jordan has a graduation rate of 82% compared to the national average of 70%.
Jordan District has a 95% attendance rate. The District drop-out rate is 2.2% and has declined over the last eight years.
