Myth # 3 and # 4: The Home Mortgage Maze
I'm not as sure as Ms. Marino was in last Sunday's Parade article, "5 Biggest Real Estate Myths" that her comments about low credit scores ( Myth # 3 ) and advertised mortgage rates ( Myth # 4 ) really support her claims. I am sure however, that as a Realtor I don't want to offer any expert advice.
So, to keep my commitment, but not get into trouble I've made available a number of resource articles about Real Estate Loans and Homebuying Credit written by individuals much more qualified than I am to either validate or debunk Ms. Marinos allegations.
